In the meantime, Perumda Pasar Jaya Business and Development Director Anugrah Esa uttered all markets under his party are obligated to comply with this regulation.
"We want them not to use single-plastic bag on July 1 and immediately hold socialization," he exclaimed.
This policy is a concrete step from Perumda Pasar Jaya, as the traditional market is one of the major contributors to producing waste in Jakarta.
